ATM’s on the resort: Capitec, Absa, FNB & Nedbank are located at Mykonos Casino.
Bank branches located in Langebaan can be found in the following locations: ABSA bank is situated at Laguna Mall, FNB and Standard Bank in Laguna Mall, Capitec bank at Nautica. These as well as other bank branches are located in Vredenburg which is 20 minutes drive from the resort. For further details please contact Guest Services.

CURIO SHOP

Agora Beach and Sport Shop has everything holiday makers needs: bathing costumes, hats, towels, bags, toys, caps, cosmetics and accessories. Printing on t- shirts and coffee mugs is also available. Find them at Agora Square at the Marina. Open Tuesday-Saturday from 09h00 to 17h00 and Sundays from 09h00 to 15h00. 

DEPARTURE TIMES

Departure time is 10h00. Should you wish to enquire about later departure, please contact our Reception Desk. If late departure is possible, a fee of R200.00 will be levied per hour until 13h00, thereafter a full night’s accommodation will be charged.

ENTERTAINMENT

Our dedicated team will keep both you and your children entertained throughout your stay on the resort. Join in on the daily scheduled activities. The entertainment program is available at Reception.

FEEDING OF ANIMALS

Please refrain from feeding the seagulls and feral cats.

*We have introduced a feeding program to cater for the feral cats and you are able to contribute to this program by using the cash box at reception

Contact our 24 hour delivery service for a selection of frozen meals that can be delivered directly to your unit.

Club Mykonos memorabilia is available from the Reception, Club Onos and Lifestyle Centre.

HOUSEKEEPING

If you prefer to have inhouse service at a specific time, kindly give your request through on ext 5. If you do not want to have inhouse service, kindly hang the “do not disturb” sign on the outside of your unit door. Additional items such as toilet paper, bedding, etc, may be requested between 06h00 and 23h00 daily.

INVENTORY CHECKS

Please check the inventory listed in the unit and advise us of any shortages or breakages so that these items can be replenished.

LAUNDRY ON THE SQUARE

Let us do your laundry for you! Drop off and collect your laundry at Laundry on the Square. We also provide an ironing service. Find us in Agora Square. Open Monday to Saturday 08h00 to 18h00 and on Sundays 08h00 to 15h00.

MAINTENANCE

Any maintenance faults in your unit can be reported to Guest Services. Our maintenance team will attend to the matter as soon as possible.

MYKONOS MEDICINE HUB

The Mykonons Medicine Hub is situated at the Lifestyle Centre. Going to the pharmacy has never been easier. This is not a typical vending machine, it is specially designed to dispense health care products and your daily medical essentials from A-Z at a simple push of a button. This is a cash-less machine and is only equipped with card facilities.

NO SMOKING POLICY

All of our units are non-smoking, we strictly enforce this policy. If this rule is not adhered to, a R1000 penalty fee will be charged. It takes hours to sanitise a unit to provide a smoke free atmosphere. Please make use of the outside balconies for this purpose.

NOISE LEVELS

Loud noise levels will not be permitted, especially after 22h00 in any area on the resort. Loud noise levels can be reported to Reception. No boom boxes are allowed on the resort. This is to prevent high noise levels, kindly return yours to your vehicle to prevent it from being confiscated.

PARKING

Each unit is allocated one designated parking bay. A parking disc is issued on check-in and must be displayed on the vehicle windscreen at all times. All additional vehicles should be signed in at Reception and parked in the visitor parking area opposite the Boatyard. Trailers may be parked in the trailer parking area located on the far side of the Boatyard. A R20.00 charge per trailer per day is payable at Reception. Wheel clamping and R200.00 fines apply to illegally parked vehicles. 

PHOTOGRAPHER

We have our own on-site photographers that will capture your holiday at Club Mykonos. They have located the best spots on the resort in which to stage your holiday photo shoot. After the shoot photos are edited and saved onto a Club Mykonos USB flash drive for you.
Please note that booking is essential, at least a day prior to your required shoot date.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

Please do not leave money, travelers cheques, firearms or other valuables unattended in your apartment. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to guest property. There are safes available in certain units. Please leave the safe open on departure.

SAUNAS AND STEAM ROOMS

Enjoy a social sauna or steam room session to refresh and clean your body. We offer two sauna rooms for hot-air and steam baths. Bookings essential to ensure that the sauna is at the correct temperature on arrival.

SECURITY

In your best interest and in the best interest of all guests, please co-operate with Security Personnel when they check your vehicle and conduct inspections. You are required to produce your parking disc whenever entering the resort. Please ensure that the doors and windows of the unit are locked when leaving and that all of your valuables are secure at all times. For information or assistance, please contact the Security office.

Relax at the Italian inspired La Vita Spa in the Health & Leisure centre with exotic facials, manicures, pedicures, massages and so much more. La Vita has everything you need to soothe your body and relieve you of stress. Pick from an extensive list of treatments and find a more relaxed you. Open daily from 08h00 to 22h00.

Missing out on some minor items? Grab all the little things you forgot at the Marina Supermarket, next to the Mini Golf course. Open daily from 08h00-22h00.

TUK TUK TRIPS

Tuk Tuk transportation is now available at Club Mykonos! The Tuk Tuks are available for both short trips within the resort and longer excursions to town.

External Laguna / Nautica Trip – R20 per person

To use the tuk-tuk service, simply look out for the designated tuk-tuk pick-up points throughout the resort
